ok so i'm working full time for this company in arlington doing tower work. if i travel with these guys it will be for short periods....and rare.....
there's only the boss and one other full time guy besides me....and a couple of guys he occasionaly calls when we're busy..... kinda a cool situation. i'm already pretty much the lead hand. if the people who run this company (home office in houston) are willing to let it grow like i can tell it has the potential for, i could possible be a project manager with two or three crews within a yea-**pause to take a call from another potential employer** ok so now i have an interview wednesday morning before i go to work at trico. and it's with a company that pays way better. the work isn't as good tho. but i'll travel on occasion....which is cool cause i can usually take some per diem home when i travel...but it's not enough travel to impede on a successful life at home. oh and they're also a small company but currently growing... hmm....decisions decisions.... my boss has a honda goldwing for sale.....i may have a bike before too long....which will be cool if i get the new job cause the office is in downtown dallas....hellacious drive....but maybe way better with a bike. especially considering gas prices. but high insurance. (or so i've heard) "blindsided by the harshest of truths; the cruelest of cruel; is that the best you could do? well i'm not hangin around to let u figure it out. took ur shot u should have made it count. i'm gonna walk thru every door that u close. I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT BETTER I KNOW THAT U KNOW THAT I KNOW! one sided power struggles aside...i can see why u hide....if u were me so would i....but i got nothin to lose and jsut a little to prove and in a way i owe it all to you!! so anyways i guess that's about it. oh yeah....i should mention....well, maybe not ;) |
